Minimum-energy conformations from energy-landscape paving (ELP) simulations for the sequences and models quoted in the above paper (in pdb format). The fixed bonds have length 3.8 A (virtual peptide bond length). Atom labels in the files are dummy and are only necessary for distinguishing between A and B monomers.
